Handmade Quality
Many of our items are handmade; slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of their character.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return:
Email greatspiritdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Apparel (tie dye & graphic tees): returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery if unworn and unwashed.

Leather goods (wallets, pouches, handle covers): returns within 14 days if unused.

Knives & sheaths: final sale unless defective on arrival.

Beeswax candles: not returnable if lit or used; unopened/unused may be considered within 14 days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email greatspiritdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For size exchanges on apparel, email us first so we can confirm stock.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at greatspiritdesigns@gmail.com.
